Our UAT Program — End to End

UAT Planning

Comprehensive UAT Test Plans are developed that define objectives, testing scope, test cases, success criteria and schedules.

Test Case Development

Design of detailed test cases based on documented business requirements, functional specifications, and system configurations.

Data Preparation

Creation of sample data scenarios to simulate real life business cases within the UAT environment.

Tester Training

Training provided to selected testers on UAT processes, test case execution, and issue resolution management.

Test Execution

UAT conducted with support from the client, documenting outcomes, and recording any identified issues in the ‘Issues Resolution Management System’.

Issue Resolution

Tracking and management of issue resolution, including retesting and regression testing as required.

Escalation Management

Assistance in investigating issues found on behalf of the client to the implementation partner or directly to vendor.

Parallel Pay Run Testing

Coordination of parallel testing of the new system for end-to-end payroll processing including pay cycle testing with data from payrolls already completed, end of pay activities and end of month activities. Analysis of the results, taking corrective action and documenting findings.

Penny Testing

Testing of the EFT Bank Files to ensure clients banking institution accepts and transmits the file format provided.

Final Sign-Off

Facilitates formal sign-off from clients once testing is complete and success criteria are met.
